Rahan specialises in educational institutions, aged care facilities, office and industrial commercial construction projects.

We recognise the major areas of concern for companies and organizations about to undertake building works are the dangers of delays, disruptions, and the possibility of cost blowouts as well as the inconvenience of construction works in an operating environment.

Through teamwork by our site team which has many years experience in delivering high quality facilities and our administration team in the office we aim to minimise our clients concerns by sharing their passion, and vision and by simply listening and understanding their needs and requirements. In other words, Rahan is building relationships™.

We do this by ensuring each member of our team has the utmost commitment to safety and further training as well as having a Level 2 First Aid Certificate, and Working with Children Card. We use a proactive response to challenges and employ a 3 tiered program system on each project that is monitored fortnightly. Our quality is ensured by an in house quality system and our project financials are monitored by Levesys construction software.
